Our Vision
I, Buyi Kalala, founded Optimal Agility (OA) based on the vision to help others while providing them tools to transcend into an effective and efficient way to deliver high quality, valued solutions to their customer. We aim to achieve this by constantly innovating and providing exceptional services that exceed our clients' expectations based on transparency, inspection and adaptability by solicting continuous feedback. I wanted to ensure this company was rooted in Agile Values and Principles therefore optimizing agility. The goal is that upon the arrival of OA to a client engagement, the client is catapulted to an immediate improved stance of agility in comparison to when OA was uninvolved. OA is focused on securing outcomes and delivering value-driven solutions to excite the customer. Our goal like my Boy Scouts roots where transitioning a campground to a better place than how it was initially found. Optimal Agility's goal is to elevate an organization's culture to a higher standard prior to our engagement.
